There’s hard silence
On the end of a wire
Like the free trial
Time will expire

A book of photos
Gathers dust
Along the way
I lost the trust

It is her life
She can not share

Hoping to escape

A distance shore

Asking for little
Wanting too much
I look at the wire
Barely in touch
