"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed people can change the world: indeed it's the only thing that ever has!"
Margaret Mead (1901 - 1978)
I recently used this quote in an interview and have been pondering it's essence for the past couple of days. It prompted me to read more on Margaret Mead. I highly recommend it. Here's a few more quotes I enjoyed.
"Women want mediocre men, and men are working hard to become as mediocre as possible."
"Man's role is uncertain, undefined, and perhaps unnecessary."
"It has been a woman's task throughout history to go on believing in life when there was almost no hope."
